Oh crap! What am I thinking?!! I seldom update my blog which explains how much I MISS blogging! I would like to apologize how lazy I am lately. My birthday just passed and yet, no new blog post from me! Darn, I hate myself today. I'll try to make it up real soon! (Urgh,  and I hate the word 'soon'.)

So anyway, as we all know, our dear british fashion icon and designer, brilliant and genius ALEXANDER MCQUEEN passed away last February 11, 2010. He will be indescribably missed. :,( Here are some of his few creations/designs that made me WOWED all over and over again which made me miss him more. REST IN PEACE LEE! The whole world loves you. 

Whenever I see Lady Gaga on TV, she always reminds me of him. awww:(

'It's all Green' Shower

Alex and Vian are tying the knot! I just can't believe how time move so fast. A good friend of mine is getting married! And so, a shower for Vian, a Happy Bride-to-be was held last weekend. The games prepared by Cheeky and Lian were exuberant and full of unrestrained enthusiasm. I never knew Cheeky, as well as Lian are genius in planning the 'wholesome' bridal shower games! They're both brilliant! And for the most exciting part, the naughty presents for the bride-to-be which made her squeal with delight! OOhh La La! Thanks to Vian's angels for all the preparations and of course, for inviting us over.

Accessory Alert: BIB Necklace

Fashion-wise, bibs are for grown ups too! Isn't it? Because, whenever I hear the term 'BIB' necklace, it always reminds me of an infant. Fool me! Anyway, I'm a little bit late to update this but I noticed almost every season, bib necklaces keep coming back and were always spotted on designer runways few months ago up to now. I am currently adoring the big ones that were embellished with different kinds of stones. Well, the bigger the better!

For me, necklace is a great statement piece because they simply add drama to an outfit. You can just lay this fashion accessory 'as is' with the simplest looking clothes and tadaaaa! Definitely, you will instantly look sophisticated! Few weeks ago, I was planning to wear a bib necklace for my friend's wedding coming this month. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a perfect piece that will suit my taste and so I am planning to accessorize my brocade dress with pearls instead. I can't wait to see my look! And so, perhaps, I might as well reserve my bib necklace as soon as I find the perfect one or create my own? Naahh will try! Fresh Start Weekend

Every New Year, after spending time with our families and loved ones, Eson and I also find time to celebrate the brand new year together. And so we had our dinner date last January 2, 2010. That night was so gratifying and overwhelming.

While waiting a couple of friends for a movie night, Eson, Nikki and I had our dinner here.

Nanbantei is actually not your typical Japanese resto where you'll eat the usual Beef tepanyaki, Chicken teriyaki, california roll, and tempura. Although they still have those in their menu but what is best is their specialty for grilled dishes and THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT! 5 STARS for food, taste, quality and freshness! And the meal is good for three people cost only 700pesos!

I would love to go back there over and over again!!

LOVE at first sight the moment I saw these shoes from MANGO. Every time I get the chance to visit the store, I always keep my eyes on these. I finally made up my mind and I want to have it.

I am a sucker for sky high platforms! How about you?

Longchamp Lovin'

I noticed there were actually more and more people started to' appreciate' Longchamp totes. I even saw a lot of women carrying those when I was still in the States but I never put my interest nor appreciate the bag because it looks like a no-style bag for me. It's just a plain nylon tote and it's pretty expensive too. I told myself if I wanted a nylon tote, I'd rather get a Lesportsac instead. (cross-fingers) hehehe

But then, I changed my mind! I know this is no biggie at all but I don't know I just need to own one like an all around bag for everyday use and for traveling. But there are few reasons why I need one. First, it is a low maintenance kind of bag, wherein, there's no need for me to care about tossing it around or getting it dirty. In fact, the very first day I had it, someone accidentally stained it with a soy sauce! But after a couple of minutes, it was gone!  Second, I don't wanna carry a bag which I have to check once in awhile for scratches or too mindful where I should place it especially when I'm traveling. (I'm pretty O.C when it comes to my bags kasi). Now I understand why it is a must-have bag for me NOW. It is a light weight waterproof handy tote, very useful, and it is truly the ideal everyday bag, good for rain or snow, sun or shine.

And so I got it two days ago. Thank you mommy dearest.

The YSL Tribute shoes are the most popular shoe worn by celebrities this year. Are you one of them? Think and think again....hhmmm..

With their outrageous six-inch heels and dramatic style, no wonder it is a must-have shoes for every girl. And yes, it is STILL the current 'it' shoes! Trust me. I fell in love with it the moment I saw Victoria Beckham, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez flaunting those uber sexy killer heels! Yeah, I know it cost a lot of money for a shoe, but if you're a shoe freak, then these are a must have. I know you can't get enough of it even I myself! (Oh gulp! That was a dangerous statement!) lol! Better get them while they're still freakin' hot!.
